Bio

Photography studies at Ar.Co. in Lisbon (1984/85), Degree in History, Lusíada University, Lisbon (1992), Master in Image and Communication, Goldsmith’s College, London (1997), PhD in Photography Studies, University of Westminster, London (2011). His photographic work interests places, landscape, architecture and public space. The photographs try to rehearse a critical point of view on the subjects and places photographed, with the idea of associating landscape and architecture, the evolving context and everyday use - allegories of common places. Exhibits and edits regularly since 1997
